Role Overview:
Fabric is looking for a product photographer with a strong portfolio, the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced digital photo studio, and a passion for creating engaging customer experiences. They will operate with autonomy responsible for standard photography, improving execution of standard process, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising, marketing, operations and Tech. A successful candidate will effectively manage all aspects of production from equipment, maintenance and development of photography style guides, troubleshooting technical issues, informing process, as well as editing and disseminating multimedia from 3rd party sources (vendors, customers, etc). The Imaging Specialist will also support creative execution for product and lifestyle images on Fabric.com and Amazon.

Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality digital photography for multiple categories used on Fabric.com and on Amazon; maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity
Retouch and color correct images to ensure continuity and quality
Partner with 3rd party sources to obtain product and lifestyle images and video, ensuring they meet established specifications, and effectively track submissions
Continuously surface opportunities to improve workflows and processes
Drive decisive on-set troubleshooting of photography challenges
Balance individual productivity and execution, while maintaining high standards for shooting web-based images/video
Own all product images on site, audit for accuracy and quality, consistently strive to provide the best experience by leveraging industry best practices and innovation
Become a subject matter expert on all studio production software and analytical tools
Assist with creating training and SOP materials
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in photography or related field required
Professional experience in a commercial photography studio
Professional photography portfolio that demonstrates a working knowledge of digital photography, including lighting, composition, color quality, and aesthetics
Proficient working knowledge of still and motion imaging software for Mac and PC platforms
Experience with imaging software and color management applications such as Capture One, Canon DSLR digital capture platform, Adobe PhotoShop, and Adobe Bridge

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Shooting experience in a high volume e-commerce photo studio
An obsession for delighting customers
Self-driven and able to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Flexibility to work overtime as necessary
