As an Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Sr. Program Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities increase the efficacy and efficiency of the WW Ops acquisition organization, always with an eye toward improving the experience of candidates and team members. identifying opportunities is just the first step, however, as Sr. Program Managers exhibit a high degree of ownership in delivery of solutions by partnering with the WW Ops talent acquisition Project Management Office, Recruiting Products & Services team, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities will include:
Lead design and development of strategic processes
Work with project managers, business leaders, tech teams and others to drive critical business initiatives
Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects
Provide oversight and guidance to cross-functional project teams, planning and executing complex projects across multiple stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
Support global project teams to improve our processes, providing project intervention and coaching
Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills
Flexibility to travel up to 25%
This role can sit in Seattle or Nashville.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree
5+ years of progressive responsibility

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years Lean/Six Sigma experience
Advanced degree/Masters degree from an accredited university
Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results
Experience with design and implementation of full HR lifecycle process and continuous improvements
Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior members of the business
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that convey complex ideas in a simplified manner
Demonstrable problem-solving, mathematic and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels of an organization
Experience leading global or regional program initiatives and/or process improvement efforts; technical and non-technical
Bias for action, excellent attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow-through
Ability to multi-task and handle various projects simultaneously to drive timely results
Ability to deliver results with self-initiative and determination in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment
Ability to see around corners thinking about both the big picture and individual needs
Proven effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence a wide variety of audiences - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees
5+ years experience in writing SQL queries and mining databases
