DESCRIPTION

The Last Mile Delivery Service Partner (DSP) team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for Service Level Standards (SLS), Analytics. This role will define and execute a roadmap for SLS tools and performance metrics.
As a leader in a rapidly growing business, this PM will manage a the roadmap and prioritization, and achieve on-time, high quality launches with minimal defects. This PM will help develop solutions and paths forward, and implement solutions that focus on automation and scaling.

Primary Responsibilities:
This PM will own the roadmap, set prioritization, and manage intake for the technical roadmap for multiple partner teams that span across multiple geographies
Contribute to metric design and creation
Define framework and requirements for new metrics and data
Lead User Acceptance testing
Conduct analysis on key business metrics
Partner with engineering teams to define business requirements for automation and scaling and gain alignment across partner teams
Improve the quality and timeliness of business metrics
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation Logistics, or related field
5+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation or equivalent professional or military experience
Demonstrated experience leading and owning cross-functional programs
Demonstrated experience owning the design, implementation, and optimization of initiatives
Experience with data mining and data analysis
Experience using Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Access

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

MBA or Masters Degree in a related field
Experience managing a roadmap with tech teams
Excellent communication skills, as well as ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
Experience working with distributed teams, often in different countries
