DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Business Professional Services team is looking for a Customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager to help shape the future and education of our Third-Party Partner network. The goal of this program is to create an educated external network of resources who can promote Amazon Business adoption while reducing internal costs associated with Customer acquisition and onboarding. This person will lead the development of the Amazon Business Competency Development (ABCD) program, leveraged by Third-Party Partners, to learn skills that help B2B organizations plan, deploy, and leverage AB as part of a procurement or digital transformation strategy. The ABCD program will include a variety of training options (digital training, webinar training with ProServe experts, and solutions training courses)- all to be created by the Program Manager (PM). In this role, the PM will collaborate with peers and senior leaders across Professional Services, Business Development, Learning & Development, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful project management/ownership, juggling multiple projects with competing deadlines, and using data to identify and prioritize opportunities/initiatives. They are analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, Customer-focused, and have strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders. They have previously managed complex initiatives, delivered successful projects, and managed deadlines and risks across multiple teams.

As the Senior Program Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Work closely with ABs Business Development, Professional Services, Learning & Development, and AWS teams on Partner recruitment, education/certification, performance, and retention
Build out the learning pathways/certification program, including content creation, for Third-Party Partners
Be the Go To resource for Partner training/certification and Customer advice and troubleshooting
Drive best-in-class Customer/Partner experience by building self-service and reporting resources
Partner with Sales Operations and ProServe Operations to launch a Partner Relationship Manager software to track Partner pipeline, certification, Partner-led Customer engagements, and performance
Innovate with our Partners to drive optimal Customer experience across the AB onboarding process; feed Partner and Customer Voice Of Customer to appropriate Product teams
Work with ProServe Operations to build Third-Party specific methodology and training resources
Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration, and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities
Develop a metric-based scorecard to benchmark internal and external services

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree required
7+ years of experience in product management, program management, vendor/partner management, or management consulting
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and drive them through execution with cross functional stakeholder teams
Must possess excellent judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done
Be the glue that is able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team inter-dependencies and risks
Experience with developing and deploying organizational strategies and goals
Salesforce proficiency
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
PMP Certification
Experience with FinancialForce (a Salesforce.com application)
Experience with Microsoft Project, Flow, Visio, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
