RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with executive leaders and team members to gather data requirements, align needs with source data capabilities, and produce and present compelling reports and visualizations that provide actionable insights
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities focused on understanding ways to drive diversity, development, and employee engagement strategies
Manage our instance of Pluralsight including user administration, reporting, contract management, relationship management, and internal engagement
Work collaboratively to create and maintain ETO diversity and communications dashboards including creating systems for collecting/aggregating data and building dashboards and reports
Identify and implement process improvement solutions to automate reporting and generate insights that will allow leaders and team members to quickly and accurately assess available data
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Proven ability to efficiently analyze data, identify connections and themes, and present concise and clear recommendations across all levels of management and staff including technical and non-technical teams
Intermediate to advanced skills with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power Pivot, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 apps and Adobe Analytics
Basic understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion concepts
Some experience in a data analytics role, preferably people focused. Experience in the technology and/or finance industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
