Job Description
Supervise production associates in the department to maintain highest levels of first quality production. Maintain a safe work environment and watch for and correct unsafe behavior and insure unsafe equipment is identified and repaired. Maintain close communication with Department Manager to insure that all necessary items and opportunities are handled and resolved. In addition, supervisor will operate respective area at or above the established department standards. The position will provide assistance and guidance to all associates who report to you and will maintain accurate and proper documentation on all associates assigned which include associate attendance and time sheets.
Shift schedule: Rotating/Straight 1st /Straight 3rd
Skills needed:
Superb communication skills
At least 2 years’ experience managing people (preferably manufacturing)
Computer literate
Flexibility to adjust in a fast pace environment
