Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analysis Advisor is responsible for the entry and management of Pharma negotiated rebate rates for rebate modeling performed by the standard and custom formulary modeling teams and the Commercial and Medicare Value Assessment Committee (VAC) teams. This position will interact regularly with the Pharma negotiating and contracting teams to ensure rate accuracy. They will also work with the technology team on ongoing tool enhancements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Pharma rebate contract rate entry and review
* Rebate modeling tool maintenance and management
* VAC weekly and annual modeling support
* Working with technology partners on tool enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS

* 3-5 years relevant professional work experience Expert level PC skills including Microsoft Office, Access and Excel.
* Excellent problem solving, analytical; and Project Management/organizational skills.
* Strong aptitude for quantitative problem solving.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work across functionally to resolve complex issues.
* Ability to manage multiple timelines and meet tight deadlines.
