Boeing Global Services (BGS) Integrated Planning & Scheduling Consulting group is expanding to support an exciting opportunity within Disruptive Computing & Networking.

This new position in El Segundo will support a new program, and will work with Engineering Executives, Senior Managers and leaders. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and work with staff in Huntington Beach and Long Beach, but the primary work location 80%+ will be in El Segundo.

A successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Project Professional, but able to learn other scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional, Primavera, Milestones Professional rapidly if not already proficient. A working knowledge of Project Online, Project Server, PWA is desirable but not required.

You will bring an understanding of capacity planning, resource loading that will lead the creation of detailed plans as well as summary plans through reading and understanding technical specifications, advising technical staff on constraints and challenges you have discovered yourself after working closely with supply chain, suppliers, vendors and other internal & external stakeholders.

A competitive candidate will have advanced knowledge of Excel, including using PowerPivot, Power Query, and an active desire to leverage visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI.

You will be familiar with Monte Carlo Risk analysis, and be able to describe how youve been able to leverage Monte Carlo Risk analysis on prior programs.

Position Responsibilities:

* Leads, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for very complex projects, programs, and change driven activities.
* Leads in studies/analysis and planning efforts within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, process improvement, or program initiatives.
* Leads, directs, facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners.
* Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement.
* Provides coaching, mentoring and leadership to lower level employees.
* Provides subject matter expertise in the development, implementation and training of processes and tools.

This position requires an active Top Secret Clearance and the ability to pass a polygraph exam.

Basic Qualifications:

* Previous Scheduling Experience Required 5 years planning, scheduling or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Project Controls
* PMBOK, MS Project familiarity
* Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management Certification (CAPM) a plus but not required.
* Advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Power Query, Tableau, Power BI skills also desirable.
* Experience using Boeing Standard Scheduling Tools including Open Plan Professional (OPP) & Microsoft Project.
* Enterprise Program Management (EPM) Program Planning, Control & Integrated Scheduling, a newly formed group within EPM that consists of staff working directly within AvionX, 2CES, NeXt, Research & Technology, and other programs.
* Listening, customer service attitude and flexibility to changing dynamics.

Typical Education:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master and 8 or more years' related work experience
