As the Senior Specialist, Operations - Driver Recruiting, you will lead company driver and owner-operator growth by partnering with both internal and external sources. Youll also maintain effective relationships with business unit leaders, while serving as a subject matter expert on recruiting processes, procedures and systems for the team. What youll do on a typical day:

* Source and recruit drivers and independent contractors
* Partner with ad agency on job posting placement for company drivers and owner-operators
* Network with industry peers and professional organizations to stay current on industry trends and compensation analysis
* Manage, generate and oversee independent contractor/lease purchase owner-operator contracts

What you need to succeed at XPO:

At a minimum, youll need:

* 2 years of experience recruiting drivers

Itd be great if you also have:

* Associate or bachelors degree
* Proficient knowledge of and experience with recruitment, selection processes and DOT requirements
* 3 years of experience recruiting company drivers and owner-operators
* Excellent interpersonal skills
