Do you want to learn how to manage the supply chain and strategic procurement success of an engineering and technology powerhouse? Here at Siemens, we have a development internship program that will help foster your expertise in this industry to contribute to the advancement of our business and the markets we serve.

In the Procurement Leadership Development Program (PLDP) internship, you will improve upon your skills being able to support in areas such as strategic procurement, digitalization, financial and data analysis. This internship gives you exposure to a wide range of businesses as a potential future leader within our organization. You will learn what it takes to analyze and manage the supply chain and procurement aspects of a company ranked among the top 50 in sales in the world. You will receive mentoring from Siemens team of business leaders.

Potential experiences include:

* Learn about Commodity Management
* Learn about Procurement Performance Controlling
* Learn about Procurement Process and Governance
* Learn about Operational Procurement and Project Procurement Management
* You will be responsible for procurement reporting
* You will analyze spend analysis and be responsible for purchasing
* You will participate in Sourcing projects
* You will participate in Logistics projects

Internship start date is May.

To apply for the Procurement Leadership Development Internship Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

* Pursuing a Bachelors Supply Chain, Economics, Management, Finance, or Business Administration
* Minimum GPA: 3.0
* Relocation and Travel: Candidates must be willing to relocate and travel as required by program
* High attention to detail and dedicated to quality and excellence
* Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
* Work Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
