Were seeking a Senior Manager, Global Marketing and Engagement Solutions Enablement to join our team. This new team member will focus primarily on onboarding and incumbent enablement for both Marketing Specialist-Account Executives (AE) and Solution Engineers, along with a secondary focus on Core AEs and SEs for basic marketing engagement solution learning. This new team player will support both the nonprofit and higher education verticals.
In this role, you will create relevant, valuable, and engaging content while delivering impactful and innovative experiences and programs for both our new hire journey and extending into post 150 days of onboarding to impact enablement (ongoing development of our employees). You will work closely with Solution Engineering team leaders and our Marketing Specialist leaders to ensure we are aligned and on track to meet their needs. Key to this role is the ability to collaborate cross functionally, demonstrate versatility, and effectively juggle different projects, timelines and change in a fast paced environment.
Heres what youll be doing:
* Creating a vision and roadmap for Marketing & Engagement solution line enablement that aligns with the broader Salesforce.org team and the companys growth objectives
* Leading all Marketing and Engagement specific enablement initiatives - from content creation to delivery to measurement. You must be versatile enough to write a strategy document one hour and create a detailed survey for a session the next hour.
* Planning, leading, and managing all Marketing and Engagement Solutions AE and SE onboarding and key enablement initiatives (both content creation and delivery working closely with Leadership and other key business partners)
* Delivering high quality and impactful experiences that drive engagement and learning
* Building trust and credibility with program stakeholders, managing a productive partnership for success
* Collaborating and assisting as needed to deliver stellar onboarding programs
* Displaying strong program management skills: from building sprint plans, work back plans, and overall strategy plans to delivering on reporting metrics for your programs
* Creating session learning briefs, holding session dry runs, and providing real-time feedback to verify each speakers aptitude for delivery
* Continually improving each program by identifying areas of opportunity using an ongoing survey methodology and by providing continuous feedback and coaching to all session speakers
* Creating lab/workshop-type interactive exercises to drive high level of interactivity
Requirements:
* Knowledge and experience using/selling Marketing Cloud (you must have a desire to get Marketing Cloud Certification if needed)
* Preferred experience as a Solution Engineer (this role supports both SE/AE)
* Knowledge of the nonprofit and/or higher education verticals is a bonus
* 5+ years combined of sales onboarding and/or enablement experience for medium to large scale B2B technology organizations
* Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
* Critical Thinking: Distilling company strategy, operating unit growth objectives, and local regional seller needs into a strategy and execution plan.
* Accountability: The ideal candidate realizes that sales teams invest only in training that produces business outcomes, and, as such, has a strong sense of accountability. Everything you do must have an ultimate impact on revenue. It must be easy to use and not take away from protected selling time. Learning is something they should look forward to.
* Influencing Skills: You need to have a point of view on adult learning best practices and the conviction that influences action across multiple audience segments.
* Program Management - Ideally, be able to take ambiguous goals and turn them into execution plans; familiarity with agile methodology is helpful
* Team Player - Positive personality, a team-player attitude with a willingness to jump in to help the team where needed
* Solid understanding of Org62, Salesforce sales process, and how we sell as a team
