PepsiCos digital journey is dependent on a highly-reliable, agile cloud offering to provide cutting-edge technology platforms for business growth. This highly critical role will be accountable for the application migration track within PepsiCos multi-year hybrid-cloud strategy. This strategic leader must bring full-stack technical depth spanning multi-cloud offerings complimented by the strong executive presence, strategic thought leadership and collaboration skills. The leader will serve as the owner of application migration from various business sectors to the cloud.

Accountabilities:

* Lead team accountable for application migrations for next 4-5 years driving to aggressive timelines and high application migration throughput in agile delivery manner
* Create an application migration plan, encompassing both native offerings, inclusive of global SAP program demand and global digital platforms, as well as legacy applications across all global sectors
* Deploy application migrations on-time, on-budget
* Contribute requirements and design considerations to Cloud Marketplace development team to advance ease-of-use consumption of cloud offerings
* Drive comprehensive application assessments to determine appropriate cloud migration strategies
* Partner with enterprise architecture to use application rationalization output as input to migration groups
* Partner with finance to ensure the achievement of savings and value targets by the year
* Partner with strategic cloud providers and associated technology providers
* Serve as a cloud expert and go-to leader for all things related to Application Migrations

Qualifications/Requirements

* Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, engineering or related field required; masters degree preferred

Experience:

* 12+ years of IT technology experience, with clear leadership success and strategy development
* 5+ years of relevant cloud experience inclusive of engineering and architecture design principles, organizational methodologies, infrastructure implementations, data center leadership, application development and software engineering functions
* Proven relevant cloud migration leadership experience
* Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred, particularly in a global environment

Technical Experience:

* Solid global architecture understanding, spanning infrastructure, operations, applications, security and controls
* Experience with design, configuration, migration and deployment experience related to Azure or AWS technologies
* Experience operating complex multi-data center, multi-cluster environment and a strong understanding of multi-tenancy with associated security and controls
* Experience with hosting enterprise-class SQL, NoSQL and Big Data DBs
* Solid understanding of networking concepts (BGP, DNS, Load Balancing, firewall and core Internet)
* Experience with migration of application workloads to public cloud
* Experience defining and driving automation strategies and overall cloud marketplace development
* Solid understanding of containerization and virtualization technologies and micro-services
* A working understanding with CI/CD tools
* Automating Environment builds to support DevSecOps (configuration as code)
