FPL Energy Services Business Unit is seeking a Home Service Coordinator Dispatcher to join their team in Tequesta, FL.

The ideal candidate for this role will work in the Plumbing, Air Condition and Electrical Department. You will ensure that the Technicians are assigned calls and debriefed after each call. You must be able to track their assigned Technicians throughout the day. You must also be able to work flexible hours. Familiarity with Palm Beach and Broward counties preferred.

Job Overview

Employees in this position maintain the electrical service technicians daily schedules and dispatch technicians as per automated scheduling software.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Under general supervision:

* Provides exceptional customer service while troubleshooting and scheduling customer visits
* Maintains customer database with current information
* Communicates clearly and concisely with customers, employees and managers
* Schedules and coordinates all service calls as received inclusive of rescheduling of appointments
* Sends work quotations and follow up with customers on pending quotations
* Coordinates completion and proper filing of necessary building permits
* Files incoming documents electronically
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned
