The Assembly Test and Launch Operations (ATLO) organization is looking for a highly motivated Test Engineer to support development of test requirements and products. In this role, you will be the assisting the test team in shaping the program and working directly with various engineering disciplines.
Summary of Key Duties for this position:
Provide direct support to programs to architect, develop, and execute test scripts and procedures
Support test plan development and provide support to the program test needs
Provide technical assistance such as supporting proposals, internal reviews, and anomaly resolution
Mentor junior employees on planning, preparing, and executing test efforts
This position is contingent upon contract award in February of 2021.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience doing requirements development, Integration and Test of missiles or spacecraft
Knowledge of the Assembly, Test & Launch Operations(ATLO) standard methodologies and lessons learned
Experience with maintaining process discipline in a dynamic and agile environment, including the ability to balance various risks across the system to maintain cost within a fixed schedule environment
Communicating with and briefing ATLO and program management
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Previous experience with Integration and Test of missiles or spacecraft
Previous experience in a test and requirements verification environment; experience in Missile Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and electrical ground test equipment; familiarity with missile electrical test equipment
Certified Test Conductor (CTC) with experience in Missile Integration and Test, including full system and sub-system testing, and launch testing operations
Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
Masters Degree in Engineering, or relevant Graduate Certificate
