Driveway Agent

The Driveway Agent is responsible for delivering customer support on Driveway websites. The Driveway Agent also coordinates customer vehicle purchases.

The Driveway Agent reports to the Driveway Supervisor.

Position Overview

Area of Responsibility

* Driveway website concierge/brand promise expert:
* Customer Concierge:
* Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
* Schedules demo drives if requested
* Coordinates customer store hand off if applicable
* Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email
* Coordinate lead escalation to Desking Agent
* Maintain activity log
* Coordinate customer vehicle purchases:
* Schedules vehicle inspections with customer
* Communicates inspection appointment with valet
* Complete pre-inspection check sheet on all vehicle offers
* Verify register owner
* Verify required customer documents
* Vehicle history report
* Verify vehicle payoff
* Other duties as assigned

Lithia Hiring Requirements

* High school graduate or equivalent.
* 18 years or older
* Possess an acceptable driving record and valid drivers license in state of residence
* A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
* Clear pre-employment drug screen
