Serves as a nurse leader for multiple clinical departments within a product line of patient care. Assisted by nursing leaders that report to the Administrative Director, provides for and is responsible for the patient care processes and patient outcomes within the assisted scope. Directs the department's activities and resources to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Job Requirements
Required Licenses
Registered Nurses
Current Registered Nurse Licensure to practice in the state of Arizona OR a Current Registered Nurse Licensure with a multistate compact status.
Minimum Education
Master's degree in nursing, business or health related field.
Required Skills
American Heart Association BLS certification on hire
CPPS (Certified Professional in Patient Safety) certification within 1 year.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Language Skills: Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
