Analyst, Sales Effectiveness

POSITION SUMMARY
Systems & Analytics Analyst will work with various Away From Home cross-functional teams and information systems to address many of the teams data and reporting needs. The role will collaborate with both external and internal partners to prepare statistical analysis, manage data needed for various systems, maintain interactive reports, and perform analytical tasks needed to support the business. This position will work with development teams, project managers and other internal and external parties as needed to help facilitate the successful completion of company projects and initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Own/maintain data such as but not limited to customer alignments and product attributes needed for transactional and reporting systems.
* Create and maintain documentation for training and functionality of reports such as sales reporting, beverage velocity, key sales KPI etc.
* Provide support to Away From Home organization by user acceptance testing for reporting systems.
* Assist in both creating and delivering system training for Away From Home Organization and external partners.
* Maintain interactive reports using various reporting tools such as Business Objects and Spotfire.
* Run Ad Hoc reports as needed for sales, marketing, trade and finance.
* Support projects involving data manipulation and targeting better business visibility or growth opportunities.
SELECTION CRITERIA
Education
* Bachelors degree is required (preferably in IS/IT or related fields)
Experience
* Experience using and developing business reports is required
* Strong MS application experience is required, specifically Excel
* Experience maintaining Master Data is required
* Experience creating user documentation is required
* An understanding of relational data and databases is required
* Experience with Spotfire, Oracle BI, Tableau, and Business Object is preferred
* Experience with R and Python is preferred
Other
* Self-motivated and has the ability to manage and prioritize multiple/diverse tasks
* Ability to build strong relationships with sales, marketing, finance, and category management
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
