Here is what we are madeof. Our Omaha Plant has been cooking up Pops and Mini Wheats cerealusing ingredients from field to bowl for over 70 years. Need I add, we get itall done with a can-do attitude and willingness to get the job done, now comeshow us what you are made of!

HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BEDOING

* Packing with Care preparing ourfinished product in accordance with prescribed packaging procedures whileproducing high quality packing of finished goods
* Technical and Manual Machine Operating workwith computer-controlled equipment or more mechanically based machines to makesure they are set up properly, working well, and producing quality product
* Managing Machine Performance - makesure machines are stocked and working at full capacity, maintained well andperform periodic checks while inspecting product
* Following Best Practices preparingequipment for production while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices whileusing safety precautions
* The Bake Shop you may know itas processing, but youll be responsible for setting our dough into motion bymixing the ingredients for our world class crackers



YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

* High School diploma or GED
* Two years of manufacturing or similar experience
* Physically must be able to stand for long hoursand be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds
* Must be flexible with work scheduling as well asovertime and holidays
* Effective communication
* Detail oriented
* Ability to follow instructions, verbal andwritten

Bonus Points:

* Previous experience in a manufacturing settingor a related position
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Industrial or mechanical background
