Morgan Securities as well as Digital Wealth Management and You Invest platforms. It spans across ~4,000 Advisors that work out of 3,500 branches and 21 offices. You will lead a team of a Advisors who service a wide range of clients, from those just starting to save to those with significant wealth.
Responsibilities:
As a Market Director Wealth for the Select Advisor Channel, you will leverage your leadership and communication skills to:
Ensuring talent and performance strategies are in place to help top producing Advisors continue to grow their business
Coach top producing Advisors to retain and acquire new clients, increase share of wallet, seize referral opportunities and grow
Being a visionary who influences the use of technology to meet the customers needs of today and the future.
Setting the tone of commitment to diversity and inclusion
Closely partner with the Supervisory Manager, Field Implementation Manager, Wealth Management Specialists, to ensure all day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects for the business achieve our strategic objectives for a designated territory
Creating a culture of risk and control that acts with appropriate understanding and urgency; with ultimate responsibility to safeguard our customers and our business
Is proactive; takes initiative to identify solutions, has entrepreneurial business spirit and executes with a sense of urgency
Ability to translate knowledge of financial markets and economic trends for execution of growth strategy
Assisting Advisors with building relationships with centers of influence in the market
Build relationships with One Chase partners to develop additional referral sources
Work closely with the leadership team to help drive, grow and monitor the business
Qualifications:
At least 7 years of Advisor management experience required, coupled with a proven track record of developing and coaching high performing Advisor teams
Experience with a wirehouse or similar operating model
