Position Title: Senior Analyst Ancillary Products & Strategy

Position Summary
The Senior Analyst will focus on the holistic health of ancillary generating revenue streams which includes Even More Space, Core Seats Selection, Mint Studio, Mint Upsell, Baggage and other programs as they come available. The Senior Analyst will drive pricing optimization to improve revenue, overall reporting, modeling, and pricing mechanisms.
Essential Responsibilities
Monitor key performance indicators and trends to adjust pricing to optimize revenue
Utilize multiple data sources to produce reporting for various audiences which drives clear decision making
Partner with the Data Science team to build out advanced pricing tools to further optimize ancillary revenue streams
Step in for manager as needed, through overall representation of the Ancillary Products or communications with senior leadership
Proactively improve processes, pricing mechanisms, and assist driving successful revenue generating programs
Perform ad hoc analysis and create models to make robust recommendations in support of revenue initiatives
Other tasks as assigned
Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant field
Three (3) years of analytical or quantitative experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with analyzing large datasets from multiple sources
Highly proficient in an array of analysis tools
Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
Ability to learn new computer programs and applications
Pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Five (5) years of analytical or quantitative experience
Two (2) years Revenue Management experience
Experience within airline industry
Full understanding of the Tableau business intelligence tool
Strong track record of communicating insights to leadership
Experience using programming language to extract large datasets

Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
