International Paper has General Labor/Production positions on 3rd Shift with a starting wage $19.50 at our Arden Hills facility - 1300 Red Fox Road (Lexington and 694).

As an essential business, the Arden Hills Box plant manufactures corrugated packaging products. We are looking for motivated individuals are capable of performing a multitude of functions in a fast-paced production environment. Our workplace requires individuals have a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

As a General Labor - Production employee we will train you on all aspects of your job and you can look forward to opportunities for advancement in your future. Even if you have no experience running equipment? Thats ok. We will train you!

Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Following safety policies and procedures
* Reading factory orders
* Utilizing basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment.
* Accurately completing quality and checks to ensure specific directions are followed.
* The ability to practice great housekeeping
* Candidates must have the ability to work overtime as needed.

Applicants must have a stable work history, good attendance record, positive attitude and a desire to produce quality work as part of a team. The hiring process will include a pre-employment assessment, interview, background check and a health/drug screen.
