BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB

Candidate will have unique opportunity to launch their career as an Associate Consultant within Cloud and Data Center Transformation (CDCT) Consulting Services. Experiences will include a variety of training, mentoring and interactions with clients across multiple industries. The Associate Consultant will be part of a multi-faceted team delivering on small-to-large sized projects encompassing cloud, security, financial, and enterprise data centers, and will have a defined multi-year career path to enhance their learning and careers.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000

WORK PERFORMED

Associate Consultants will have the opportunity to grow their capabilities and experiences through advanced consulting services projects for their clients. Essential Functions of the Job:

* Conduct research and analysis including mathematical, financial, technical or industry research
* Establish credibility with the customer; interface with customers related to specific work efforts and deliverables
* Develop and/or assist in activities to prepare final deliverables
* Support and perform migrations to the cloud (Azure/AWS)
* Project coordination (conduct kick off, status reporting, track project budget, monitor project objectives)
* Assist with development of new offerings/practice-related materials
* Follow priorities appropriately; ensure that work products are delivered in a timely manner and of the highest quality
* Interact with other organizations, as necessary, during engagement related tasks
* Obtain data center and cloud based training leading to industry certifications through formal curriculum
* Performs all other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFIACATIONS

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related industry in lieu of degree
* Recent college graduates with up to 2 years of industry experiences (IT industry preferred)
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
* Exceptional communication skills (including written, oral, and presentation) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate risk, issues, actions, and decisions across all levels of the organization
* Ability to travel up to 70% of the time (travel requirements vary by project)

* Strong analytical skills and display a high-level of troubleshooting competencies
* Ability to work independently and have the ability to exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance
* Excellent relationship management skills
