Job Description:

The Registered Physical Therapists function is to perform a thorough evaluation of patients assigned to them, and to establish goals and plan of care to meet the needs of said patients as outlined in the Rehabilitative Services Departments Policy and Procedures Manuals and to delegate responsibilities as permissible by Law in accordance with APTA guidelines and JCAHO requirements to Physical Therapy assistant and Rehab. Technicians.

Qualifications

* Graduate from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association with a Bachelors Degree of Science or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy.
* Florida Physical Therapist License.
* 2 Years of Acute Experience Required, some Out-Patient experience Preferred.
* BLS Certification.
* Required to work a minimum of 1 weekend day per month.
