As a Graduate recruiting lead you will recruit Humana's future leaders! Assists with university graduate and professional recruiting. The Recruiting Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
Responsibilities
In this role you will set the stage to attract, engage, and hire top talent across Humana. You'll play an important strategic role in direct partnership with the MT and other key leaders to create dynamic annual strategies.
As an Executive Recruiting Lead, you will:
* Create, enhance and continuously upgrade Humanas Graduate recruiting program by attracting top talent and ultimately hiring this talent into full-time positions.
* Work with the MT and other key leaders in establishing Humanas Target MBA Graduate school list year over year taking into account multiple factors such as school ranking, previous years success, diversity ranking and other vacillating elements unique to each years strategy.
* Build the recruiting strategy and overall roadmap for branding and recruiting top talent at the these prestigious schools.
* Understand the technical landscape to recommend the latest tools and outreach mediums year over year i.e. 12Twenty, broadcasting tools such as LinkedIn Live etc.
* Work with Campus Champions, Campus captains and Humana Marketing team to create fluid branding campaigns which bring both our Employer of choice and our Membership imaging together to compel students to want to learn more about Humana. Work with leaders, and Alumni on Case competitions for each of the targeted schools.
* Manage annual graduate recruiting budget for Graduate school technology tools, events, sponsorships, travel and misc. activities
* Work with Leaders including MT and MT+1 in finding opportunities for this talent to join Humana in both internship and FTE opportunities.
* Work with LDOD partners and leaders to connect the dots on current talent gaps and future talent needs.
* Provide Governance that these opportunities are the right level for this talent and work with leaders to help propel the interns into future FTE positions.
* Build out event calendar with partners to attract the right talent to the right areas within Humana.
* Continuously gather and report out data in a multitude of areas such as; data metrics by Target school this data will be gathered and used year over year to evaluate each targeted school, diversity data candidate funnel and pipeline data year over year evaluating goals and strategy to attract and hire diverse talent, and hiring ratios.
* Lead the newly created Sr. Diversity Sourcing Recruiter and build out the HBCU Alumni approach
* Actively participate in the recruiting process for MBA level talent

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to work within a team
Able to communicate, partner, and influence senior executive leaders and key stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle recruiting as well as sourcing passive candidates
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage competing priorities
