Our ALS team received inbound materials, stocks receiving material and delivers end product to production or shipping.

Partner with the best

The Material Handler will be responsible for the safe and quality execution of all required tasks in their area.

As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for:

* Receiving inbound material from outside suppliers and other Baker Hughes plants and field locations.
* Stocking received material, as well as completed products and assemblies from in-house production.
* Picking materials, components and end products and delivers them to Production or shipping.
* Performing cycle counts when needed.
* Preparing component kits for production, fills orders and supplier subcontract parts.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

* High School Diploma or GED
* 1+ years experience as a Materials Handler
* Previous experience working a forklift
* Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
* Basic written communication skills. Ability to apply concepts of basic math. Basic PC skills.
* The work environment is very fast paced and noisy. It is one of constant movement while performing the duties of this job.
* The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
* The employee must be able to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
