What you will do
This person will be responsible for the proactive planning and development of a Regional Retail Installation and Service team as well as meeting all financial targets. Directs and examines studies and current business practices to determine operational effectiveness and revises programs to increase quality, productivity speed of delivery and customer retention. Ability to analyze complex business scenarios, establish action plans, set clear goals, monitor and communicate progress, and follow through on all initiatives to completion.

How you will do it

* Direct communication resource from Corporate to the Field for Installation, Service and Subcontractor support. Positively/effectively promote Company goals in coordination with both National Accounts Sales objectives and Business Operations objectives.
* Examine current business practices within their Region with respect to nationwide Retail installation, service and subcontractor network commitments. Utilizing national and regional data, define, develop, and communicate best practices and implement new processes in the Region.
* Build and maintain a solid working relationship with the Sales organization to work towards improved Customer Retention and Satisfaction.
* Coordinate with District management team to ensure that installation, service and subcontractor expectations are met within budget constraints. Establishes goals and objectives for District Managers in the assigned region. Develop District Managers by providing quality direction and coaching.
* Work with both HR and Corp. teams to ensure fair treatment and open communications to enhance management-employee relations/labor relations, promote training and development, improve quality of products installed, and work towards improved team member retention and satisfaction.
* Work with Corporate, Business Operations and Field management teams to ensure fair treatment and open communications to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
* Work with Tyco Safety Products and other outside vendors and manufacturers to ensure product quality and product training.
* Work with JCI Safety Team to ensure all Health and Safety requirements are meet and to ensure that the Regional team members follow the outlined safety guidelines

What we look for

* Bachelor's Degree or at least 10+ years of experience
* Experience with installation and services
* Knowledge of safety products a plus
* Strong leadership and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
* Experience working with customers
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Must be in Pacific or Mountain time zones as this is the region you would be supporting
