Key Responsibilities
Run Electronic Assembly Equipment
o Set-up machines
Die Attach
Wire Bond
Dispense
Screen Print
High Speed Placement Machine
AOI/SPI Inspection Machines
Perform PMs and Cleans on Equipment
Work with Engineers on Continuous Improvement and other Projects
This shift will initially be Monday- Friday 1st shift however eventually will turn into a compressed 12 hr. Day shift (A or C shift 3 on 4 off, 4 on 4 off 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. )
YOU MUST HAVE
Must have High School diploma or GED equivalent
WE VALUE
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Must have wafer handling skills
Must demonstrate good communication skills
