Job Description

Position Requirements
* Security Clearance: Current SECRET
* Education/Experience: AA/AS and/or3+ years of related experience supporting military operations
* Skills and Abilities:
* Basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs
* Basic knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter
* Demonstrated effective presentation and communication
* Duty day: Normal work schedule is 0730-1630, may require night or weekend work shifts depending on specific training event requirements
* Travel: May require occasional travel (less than 10%)

Principle Duties / Responsibilities

Assist in the efforts in the coordination, planning and development of all levels of Collective and Individual Training.

Assists unit leadership in planning collective training that will meet their training objectives; identifies any gaps (resource, training, equipment, etc.) and works with the management team to ensure they are filled prior to execution of training. Gathers observations based on unit actions during the training event and provides input to unit After Action Reviews (AARs). Coordinates logistics for instruction events, including scheduling classes and reserving classrooms. Maintain Event Packages for events and track unit progression throughout the Planning, Preparation and Execution phases. Updates Event Package documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance of deliverables. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned to include but not limited to:

* WARSIM Battlespace Workstation (BSWS) with MRF-W / MRF-B
* Low-Overhead Training System (LOTS)
* Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data System (AFATDS)
* Air and Missile Defense Work Station (AMDWS)
* Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE)
* Defense Advanced GPS Receiver (DAGR)
* Joint Capabilities Release (JCR)
* Joint Battle Command Platform (JBC-P)
* Mission Command Workstation (MCWS) aka CPOF
* Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS)
* Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS)

Participates in special projects as required. Assists with supply and facility management operations. Operate Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment as required.
