Job Description

Were looking for a Program Manager to join the PM Programs team supporting Product Managers at Facebook. In this role, you will develop new programs, manage current programs and initiatives, own execution and ongoing improvements for several programs designed for Product Managers across level and location. PM Program Managers at Facebook are passionate connectors and problem solvers. We develop and support the Product Management function, connecting the community between groups at Facebook and promoting ongoing skill development. You'll utilize a full range of organizational and interpersonal skills to identify needs for the PM function, design solutions, gain buy-in from stakeholders and execute those programs to help develop Product Managers. Above all else, PM Program Managers help our PM team get the skill development, connection, and programming to excel, and build community across all of our global teams and offices.

Program Manager, PM Programs Responsibilities

* End-to-end ownership to Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate learning programs

* Build a strong and influential network of content partners and experts who are willing to volunteer their time to help us continuously improve our programs

* Support the PM Programs team with effective team communication, proactive problem solving, and information distribution

* Collaborate and drive consensus and decision making across all levels, locations, and cross-function partners

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced ambiguous environment while delivering high-quality work on time

* Connect and build a strong community of Product Managers between groups and offices at Facebook

Minimum Qualifications

* 4+ years experience in program or project management or equivalent experience

* Experience evaluating data to understand trends that can help guide decisions

* Experience influencing senior leaders, technical, and non-technical people with conflicting priorities

* Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner

Preferred Qualifications

* Adaptable and resilient when faced with conflicting priorities

* Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver

* Successful in fast-paced environment that requires independent time management, task prioritization, flexibility, and experience identifying problems and proactively work towards solutions

* Experience thinking outside the box when considering scalability, building new programs, and working collaboratively with cross functional partners

* Background establishing systems, supporting teams, and developing relationships as producer, project manager, program manager or similar role
