* Provides support services, including research for back office areas such as: payroll, human resources, expense reports, back office systems, and payments to vendors for employees.
* Responds to employee's basic inquiries, resolves basic problems and/or escalates more complex cases to the appropriate business area for resolution.
* Enters employee data into various systems.
* Accurately documents calls while speaking with employees.
Job Specific Information:
* Must be able to work any shift between the hours of 7:00 am to 8:00 pm CST.
* Provides Level 1 service support on employee inquiries, systems and processes, resolving basic inquiries, issues and problems as first point of contact resolution when possible and escalating more complex issues to Level 2 support.
* Receives both calls and tickets/cases to resolve within designated SLAs.
* Additional administrative tasks may be assigned as needed and cross training provided in other areas of the contact center.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school Diploma/GED.
* One (1) year experience in customer service, back office information systems support, payroll or human resources.
* PC ability, verbal and written communication skills.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience Considered a Plus:
* Workday experience would be a plus.
Domicile/Relocation:
* This position is located in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
