What to expect

Based on your existing experience, knowledge and ambitions, you could find yourself working alongside any one of our competencies, assisting clients to drive business-led and technology-enabled transformations across a broad range of business issues. You will work with your clients and project teams to identify the root cause of problems, co-develop solutions, and engage with key stakeholders to monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure continued alignment on expected outcomes.

As part of the Business Transformation team you will help provide the engine for our clients business transformation. We help clients with imagining, designing, leading, and delivering end-to end transformations through innovation, experience and design, transformation design and architecture, transformation management, and execution.

We work collaboratively with some of the top executives in the largest companies in the world, helping them create and realize the best solutions for the future of their companies. Each project will be different, so youll need to be able to excel in ambiguous situations and confidently navigate ever-changing circumstances. Well look to you to take ownership of projects, be a self-starter, have the ability to translate complex information into simple terms, and deliver long-term solutions with confidence. Work locations: Atlanta, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York and Washington

Preferred qualifications may include

* A bachelors degree and approximately 3-7 years of related work experience
* Pursuing a MBA, MS, MHA, MPA or PhD degree
* A collaborative approach to work, and the motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges
* A genuine interest in solving complex business problems
* Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively to all audiences
* Strong leadership skills and a desire to build cutting-edge solutions
* Ability to take initiative and drive execution with minimal supervision
* Significant work experience within industry or consulting
* Ability to use Microsoft Suite programs
* A willingness and ability to travel up to 80% to client sites
* A drivers license valid in the U.S.
