Performs the registration of ancillary, emergency departments, ambulatory surgery patients and in-house admission of patients. Ensures that demographic/financial information is obtained in a timely manner, completed and processed according to department policy and procedure.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
* Preferred Experience: Six months insurance or admitting experience.
* Required Competency: Completion of Health Net Red Flag Training within 90 days of hire.
* Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Able to deal effectively with the public. Effective oral and written communication skills in the English language. Ability to perform effectively in fast paced, stressful environment
