The Senior Paralegal, Litigation position is an integral component of the Companys Litigation practice team, and the role will increase in importance as the Legal Office moves to further create a networked organization with our legal offices around the world.

The Senior Paralegal, Litigation works with the lawyers and other legal professionals on the team and in the Legal Office to manage matters and complete internal and external reporting. They will, among other duties, serve as the Companys primary subpoena and information request compliance manager. They will also provide essential support on litigation, investigation, and related matters.

What Youll Do for Us:

* Assist counsel with all phases and aspects of discovery

* Manage matter set-up, including outside counsel and vendor onboarding and assignment to matters

* Track, manage, and calendar receipt of subpoenas, government and regulatory inquiries, and other information and/or records requests

* Manage and track bankruptcy notices and ensure proper handling and follow-up

* Under the supervision of legal counsel, prepare responses to subpoenas, government and regulatory inquiries, and other information and/or records requests

* Help identify key witnesses and documents necessary to draft and issue litigation holds

* Coordinate with Forensics regarding records retention and retrieval of certain electronic stored data

* Identify and help interview key witnesses and document custodians for case development and discovery

* Collection and review of materials, both paper and electronic, for case development and discovery

* Review relevant databases, share points, shared drives, and other sources of information to identify and collect materials for case development and discovery

* Maintain matter files and records, both paper and electronic

* Ensure continued access to archived data to include former databases, policies, files, materials, and records (including those from legacy bottler and subsidiary operations)

* Provide ad hoc assistance to lawyers and other legal professionals in advancement of litigations, investigations, and related matters as required

Reporting Responsibilities

* Prepare monthly reports of subpoena and other information and/or record request activity

* Draft other periodic reports for the General Counsel, Legal leadership, management and others

Qualification & Requirements:

* Prioritizing Coordinate and organize resources and tasks in efficient and effective manner

* Experience/Education: Associates degree and/or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies/Education from an ABA approved program or a Bachelors degree with a Paralegal Studies Certificate from an ABA approved program or significant paralegal experience

* Related experience in litigation and subpoena compliance strongly preferred

* Six+ years experience working in a law firm or large corporate legal department; combination of both preferred

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including collaboration tools such as OneDrive, Teams, and Yammer

* Working knowledge of e-discovery platforms and tools

* Knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency basics and processes

* Technical knowledge, general knowledge and limited application of routine procedures and basic principles theories and concepts in specialty area
