Description
As a successful member of the Collections and Recovery team you will be asked to meet and exceed department service and quality standards, while maintaining consistent levels of communication with external customers and colleagues regarding account information. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
* Working with customer to find mutually beneficial arrangements to bring resolution to delinquent loans
* Ability to have difficult conversations with customers, while keeping calm professional demeanor.
* Manual and systemic dialing, Skip Tracing, partnering with multiple vendors to accomplish overall account resolution
* Using multiple systems of records, including software involving Excel, Dialer Grid
* Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced work environment
* Maintaining compliance with all banking requirements
* Self-worker, overall guidelines and training will be provided but decisions for each customer are to be made with mindful decisions that are mutually beneficial to both our customer and the Bank
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
* 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience/Collections experience
* Excellent phone communication, listening and negotiation skills
* Able to prioritize and manage daily workload
* Proven ability working in a team atmosphere; in a fast paced, fun environment
* Computer proficiency and acumen
* Self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed
* Commitment to your daily shift
Education, Certificates and/or Other Professional Credentials:
* High School or Equivalent required
Hours- M-F 8am-5pm
