Job Description

HUMINT Collection Manager

Key Role:

Provide analytical support to a client. Perform the analytical, administrative, and coordination duties necessary to carry out human intelligence (HUMINT) collection management and production officer responsibilities. Coordinate all Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), Notices of Intelligence Potential (NIPs), and Source Directed Requirements (SDRs).

Basic Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience with the IC, including the disciplines, functions, processes, and documentation of intelligence operations

* 2+ years of experience with HUMINT collection management or HUMINT operations

* Experience with intelligence automated systems, including HOT-R or CHROME COM

* Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines pertaining to HUMINT reporting

* Knowledge of structure and defense level intelligence operations, including intelligence collection, fusion, analysis, production, and dissemination for intelligence databases and products

* Active TS/SCI clearance required

* HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience with all-source intelligence processes, data evaluation, and analysis

* Experience with delivering global situational awareness in support of planning, synchronization, decision making, and execution of client missions

* Experience with managing research and coordination for projects

* Experience with instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks

* Knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence analysis tools

* Knowledge of DoD, DoJ, Department of Treasury, and Department of State programs and products

* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications
