With critical thinking and the ability to not only quickly identify and document gaps, overlaps, and issues with current analysis and production workflows but recommend more streamlined approaches to best meet the mission requirements of today and anticipate what future requirements will need.
As a FMI analyst on our team, youll work with tech enabled and business process analysts to understand and document current FMI analysis and production workflows and identify processes that can be automated, streamlined, eliminated, and maintained to increase quality and efficiency. Youll engage with key government stakeholders to document current FMI analysis and production workflows to understand each Functional Production Area's (FMA) unique and common mission requirements. You will recommend best practices and business rules based on our findings and work with data engineers to ensure a seamless transition from current outdated tools and technologies to a future system.

You Have:
-3+ years of experience with intelligence analysis and Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) production
-Experience with all-source analysis and FMI production
-Experience in engaging with senior government and military officials
-Experience with identifying, documenting, and recommending process change
-Experience with research using FMI databases, including MIDB and National Production Workshop (NPW), Cornerstone, and FounDRI
-Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
-Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience in collaborating with government stakeholders to document SOPs and workflows
-Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
-Ability to display a willingness to learn
-Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including debriefing
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
