The Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Cybersecurity (GCY) is an Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) contract providing Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), Cybersecurity, and GPS support to Space Command's Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) GPS Directorate. Team GCY include AT&T, Millennium Engineering & Integration (MEI), Leidos and other support personnel that provide enterprise-level cybersecurity to the GPS Enterprise with program integration, system engineering, and GPS domain expertise. This team of experts bring an enterprise-level cybersecurity framework that allows SMC/GP to effectively manage and reduce risk.
AT&T has an opening for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst in El Segundo.
As a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, you will join a diverse team of cybersecurity, engineering, and GPS domain SMEs that provide enterprise-level cybersecurity expertise. You will lead and support several working groups responsible for leading technical discussion, resolve and identify risk, requirement gaps, developing briefings, writing and tracking action items, and authoring meeting minutes. You will interface and collaborate with Cyber and SE&I team members, contractors, government civilians and members of the USAF.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Serve as Cybersecurity Analyst in support of the Space Command's Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Directorate
* Serve as technical advisor of space mission systems certification policies, programs, procedures, reports for current, new, and evolving cybersecurity system requirements
* Lead and support Cyber Integrated Project Team (IPT) for technical discussions, risk identification/mitigations, develop and provide guidance for integrated cybersecurity practices and solutions to individual programs and projects across the GP Enterprise
* Conduct risk analysis of system design requirements and provide cybersecurity strategy recommendations for the development and implementation of security features for ground and space systems within the enterprise
* Support GPS Enterprise Cyber Risk Assessments with planning activities, technical assessments and administrative tasks
* Support management of risks, issues, interdependencies, identifying schedule disconnects and conflicts, developing action plans for resolution, and assisting the Government in executing selected solutions
* Facilitate review of program documents by providing comments, compiling other reviewer comments, and working with team to adjudicate the comments
Required Clearance: An active Secret clearance are required to be considered for this position
Required Qualifications:
* BS in Cyber Security, Information Technology or related technical degree
* Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
* 7+ years of full-time work experience in a Cyber Security Analyst role or Cyber Security support role
Desired Qualifications:
* Certification in DoDD 8570.01-M IAM level III certified credentials (CISSP, CISM, or GSLC)
* Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, DoD 8500, DoD 8510, NIST SP 800-30, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, or NIST SP 800-137
* Experience with Global Position Satellites (GPS)
* Experience with space and ground systems or vehicles
* Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients
