SUMMARY
Provide administrative, transactional, and clerical support to the leadership team in the DC facility including HR functions congruent with the Advance Auto Parts Mission of a Passion for Customers and a Passion for Yes. Executing daily tasks and responsibilities according to our core Drivers; Empower our People because they are our Best Part; Care for our Customer First; Deliver the Right Part at the Right Time; Innovate Every Day to Delight our Customers; and Accelerate Productivity to Grow.
This is a SECOND SHIFT opening with hours from Sunday-Thursday, 2pm-10:30pm.
Pay Rate: $15-20/hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Proficient in talent acquisitions, payroll processing, time keeping and I-IRIS systems.
* Assist in the screening process for new hires and scheduling interviews.
* Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records.
* Assist with the maintenance of worker compensation files and training files.
* Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
* Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials as necessary.
* Conduct research, and compile statistical and daily reports for managers.
* Provides exceptional customer service functions by answering and screening telephone calls and answering basic team member questions.
* Support internal and external community events in alignment with company values.
* Assist with new hire administrative processes, new hire orientation, and team member engagement
* Order and maintain supplies.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate's Degree preferred; and/or 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
