Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Sr. Principal/Principal- PLM Application Administrator - Software Development Analyst. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.

What Youll Get To Do:

The position will support and maintain PLM software, diagnose process and data issues in multiple environments for the Research Technology and Engineering PMO.

The selected candidate will research, design, develop, and/or modify PLM systems and/or applications software.

Candidate will be involved in planning of system development and deployment as well as be responsible for meeting software compliance standards. The selected individual will evaluate interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and characteristics of overall system. Document testing and maintenance of system corrections.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Works under general direction of manager and project lead
Independently determines and develops approach to solutions
Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contact
Requirements definition and planning
Server configuration consultation
Client PC consultation and configuration
Documentation of testing and maintenance of systems
License management
Incident ticket resolution
Conformance to CMMI Level 3 processes

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications for Principal- 5 Years experience with Bachelors in Science degree, or similar technical discipline; 3 years of experience with a Masters (Appropriate combination of experience and education can be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)

Basic Qualifications for Senior Principal - 9 Years experience with Bachelors in Science degree, or similar technical discipline; 7 years of experience with a Masters (Appropriate combination of experience and education can be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)

- Demonstrated experience with TeamCenter application support, development and maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience supporting applications and users within a large enterprise.
- Demonstrated experience with desktop, client/server and web architecture, end-user support and incident resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Possess current CompTIA Security+ certification
- Familiarity with the functions, processes, and capabilities in Teamcenter as they apply to mechanical, electrical, or systems product development cycles across PLM modules in use for TcR, Tc4Sim, CMM, PDM, TcMfg, and integrations with other systems like SAP and IBM Rational Suite.
- Experience administering Teamcenter for Aerospace amp; Defense.
- Additional experience with and flexibility to support other applications associated with enterprise PLM such as NX,CATIA, ENOVIA, eQube, HarnesSys, and custom applications.

- Able to apply engineering techniques and analytical methods to make recommendations for improvements and provide information and assistance to end-users.
- Work effectively within teams where other team members may be located throughout the country and influencing others to action who are not direct reports. Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality.
- Self-starter with the ability to independently resolve issues and deliver results. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
