Aftermarket Project Manager

Textron Systems Electronic Systems is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Aftermarket team and help us in providing services and support to our hardware and software customers around the globe.

The Project Manager reports directly to the Aftermarket Program Manager and works closely with Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to execute aftermarket sales forecasting, spares planning, as well as upgrades, repairs, and calibrations to our existing products.
They are required to drive cross-functional teams to find opportunities, execute the projects once those opportunities come in house, and ensure delivery and service meet or exceed our customers expectations. This role is a career progression into Program Management or Business Development.
What Youll Do:
Forecasts sales for spares and service support on one or more product lines.

Finds opportunities and writes quotes and proposals.
Coordinating with cross functional teams to ensure delivery of aftermarket products and services.
Works creatively to solve customer problems and expedite Company response time.
Monitors and controls project financials to ensure profitability.

Creates and delivers presentations to the senior leadership team and customers.
Adheres to any required internal and external regulations to ensure compliance; looks for ways to gain efficiencies and expedite commercial contracts.
