Purpose and Objective:

SAP Labs, LLC. seeks a Senior Product Specialist at our Miami, FL location responsible for the end to end life cycle of a product by identifying specific market needs.

Expectations and Tasks:

Align with global and local customers by running the process of design thinking. Prepare detailed technical/market requirement specification and work in close alignment with the development team to assure the products developed are aligned with market and customer needs. During the rollout process, responsible for engagement with local market unit, partners and consultant team, to present and educate them on new products, as well as join events and roll out new solutions to a larger audience. Monitor changes in legal regulations to assure any new law that could affect existing product is well understood and rolled into the development team to make the correspondent adjustments to solutions. Support deliveries by collaboration with Product Units and SAP Language Services Area. Maintain legal changes, market requirement document (MRD) updated in JIRA system in time and quality. Ensure legal compliance measured via LC tracking tool. Prepare business requirements and solution proposal on ACR (Advanced Compliance Reporting) tool. Collaborate with the development team, providing insights on the current solution. Evaluate pilot customers for the project. Ensure pilot customers fulfill participation requirements. Organize logistics for the onsite tests and ensure customers participation. Contribute to the identification of potential benefits from ACR to influence the roadmap. Transfer knowledge to consultants from SAP and partners on ACR in the Americas region. Support the areas of sales, pre-sales, and marketing, to increase the number of customers with the ACR solution in the Americas region. Develop and maintain solutions to extract, consolidate and generate tax information. Develop interface with HCM (Human Capital Management) and FI (Finance). Adapt the solution to work with HANA database. Design, develop, implement, and support SAP solution to manage and prepare detailed reports of financial information for government entities. Manage and prepare financial information reported to the government for fiscal control. Evaluate the feasibility and scope of the SAP solution to report financial information to government entities. 10% travel required.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and 6 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

Work Experience:

Experience must include 4 years in the following: develop software solutions using SAP AGILE, SAP Scrum, ASAP (Accelerated SAP), Adaptive Software Development (ASD) and Object Oriented programming ABAP methodology; technical and functional knowledge in SAP solutions mainly in the area of Finance to be able to design, develop, implement, and support SAP solutions to manage and prepare detailed reports of financial information for government entities; HCM and Logistics, for industries solutions such as Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Beverages, Aircraft, Campus Management, Pharmaceutical, and Utilities; knowledge in database/SQL, including Oracle and HANA, IBM, Unix / Linux; Project Management (JIRA, Cpro, MS Project); ABAP Workbench; ABAP Java scripts; Microsoft Office tools; VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) in Excel. Experience must also include: analyze and understand legal requirements; ABAP Eclipse; Core Data Services CDS; SAP Clout Platform; SAP Success Factors (SAP Jam and Success Map); SAP Fiori; SAP Solution Manager. 10% travel required.
