The Partner Manager is responsible as the primary liaison with the Customer for executing the deliverables and results outlined within projects.

They establish strong relationships with Customer key leaders and team members.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and support the execution of project deliverables to achieve desired project outcomes and results as outlined in the agreement.

Interact with Customer leaders to address strategic objectives of the program, identify issues and impediments to meeting Customers goals and define and implement alternative solutions to resolve them.

Provide input and support for enhancing Connected Healths product portfolio.

Expected Areas of Competence

Demonstrated competence in the Orthopaedic industry, client relations, and project management.

Effective organizational, planning, coaching, and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.

Analytical skills necessary to interpret quantitative and qualitative data relevant to Orthopaedics

Proficient in use of software applications to include EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT.

Interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to interact with executives, physicians and staff. Ability to clearly direct and motivate individuals.

Education/Experience Requirements

Bachelors degree required in a clinically-based field, or a quantitative, business-oriented field.

Masters degree preferred in business, health administration, health policy, or quantitative sciences.

Current or previous work experience in healthcare setting/industry (nursing, physical therapy, etc.) with a minimum of 5 years experience

Travel Requirements

Out of office travel required (up to 60-80% of required time)
