Position Summary:
As a Business Analyst, you will define and document business specifications, application functionality, workflow requirements, and perform business testing for CMD global commercial operations. You will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication across all of levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve in a support and liaison role for the CMD CRM user community and the software development/technical teams (IT)
* Engage with the commercial and business teams to drive process and tool improvement with an eye toward speed, accuracy, and timeliness.
* Maintain and recommend improvements of CRM system to maximize the end user experience and drive robust functionality.
* Drive measurements that matter. Using reporting and dashboard, be able to take complex business requirements and translate into meaningful reports and dashboards to help drive actionable intelligence.
* Contribute to the development of CRM documentation including requirements documents, use cases, user stories, workflow documentation, test scenarios, test cases, training material, and other documents related to the business of the CRM team
* Provide day to day business user support of CRM system and escalated support when necessary and appropriate.
* Communicate standard protocols, changes and enhancements to CRM tools, operations, features, benefits, to commercial and business users and stakeholders.
* Develop and manage network of super users in the support of CRM execution relative to around changes, issues, and enhancements and other areas that help drive the goals of CRM
* Create and initiate CRM certification (CPQ, SFDC) to facilitate a more enabled, skilled user population
* Other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree from an accredited higher learning institution (preferred area of study: Business, Mathematics, Computer Sciences)
* Basic project management skills and understanding of project management lifecycle
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of subject matter experts, managers, and executives
* Experience with eliciting, defining, and documenting user requirements. Includes identifying gaps in requirements resolving inconsistencies, and prioritizing requirements
* Ability to run a meeting, assign tasks, drive actions, and bring items to closure.
* Experience in CRM systems including but not limited to SFDC, SAP, and CPQ
