Position Summary

The Director, IT, Service Delivery will build the go-forward IT infrastructure strategy for CCG in partnership with the CIS team. This will be a key role in the CCG IT staff and will be responsible for the overall stabilization and resiliency of our CCG IT infrastructure. This role will be working in close partnership with the CIS teams & to drive the adoption & accountability of the overall CIS strategy into the CCG business.

Key Responsibilities

* Build the CMDB for CCG IT in partnership with the CIS teams. Capture the systems assessments to understand our overall systems health. Develop a scale to track improvement (DB patches, outdated infrastructure, technical debt, etc..) on an ongoing basis and build a resilience scorecard to report out the progress.
* Identify and build the cloud strategy for CCG to drive cost savings while insuring stability of CCG IT Infrastructure
* Identify non IT supported infrastructure and put a plan to either retire/replace and/or convert it to IT supported platforms
* Understand the overall CCG global footprint in terms of roof tops. Develop a plan with the CIS team to classify each site based upon business importance and then work in collaboration with the CIS team to provide the best in class support to the sites while balancing the cost and criticality of the site to our business
* Stay laser focused on enabling YoY productivity by optimizing our overall IT landscape for CCG IT
* Act as liaison between the Cyber Security organization and CCG to identify the crown jewels and critical business information. Implement data loss prevention protocols on key business applications/assets.
* Partner with the Audit and compliance teams to drive SOD requirements and insure SOX compliance for all SOX relevant applications within CCG
* Partner with the service deck to insure appropriate levels of service for our end users (Laptops/phones/etc.)
* Be the key CCG Point of Contact for all critical business outages/MIMs. Report out system uptime on a regular basis as part of the CCG IT Bowlers
* Collaborate with the CIS teams to provide best in class End User support for end user devices like laptops, cell phones, printers,etc. and act as the PM for the Windows upgrade/Laptop refresh program for CCG

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field and 8-10 years of broad operational IT experience in a large company environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience); Masters degree preferred.
* Identifies and conceptualizes innovative solutions to meet business initiatives; demonstrates successful management and completion of major IT initiatives.
* In depth knowledge and demonstrated ability to effectively direct multiple teams across various hardware platforms and software applications using metric driven process methodologies established in the IT group.
* Establishes IT management skills that will provide a high-level of direction and support.
* Ability to provide effective input to the IT leadership group in the strategic and tactical operation of the organization.
* Uses metric driven process methodologies that includes a multi-disciplinary approach to derive recommendations on strategic technical issues and communicate effectively as a technical educational resource to staff.
* Must demonstrate good decision-making skills, creativity, initiative, project planning skills, motivation as well as demonstrate strong customer service.
* Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
