CTS (Clock and Timing Solution) product line focuses on development of state of the art high performance Clocking and RF products. Investment portfolio includes DPLL Network Synchronizers, Clock Buffers, Clock Generators, Oscillators and RF synthesizers. Our vision is to create the most comprehensive and innovative portfolio to solve all clocking needs in markets like Wireless, Wired Communication, Enterprise and Industrial applications. We are looking for a passionate, creative and self-driven Systems and Applications manager who can build and lead a very high performing team to create world class products.

As a Systems and Application manager, you will be leading a high performance team working on cutting edge clocking products. In this role, you will be handing these responsibilities:

* Responsible for systems and application team with more than 10 people, including application manager reporting to this role.
* Primary responsibility of this role is define innovative and competitive products and support customer design. Need to understand product line strategy and priorities and lead system and applications team to achieve product line goals.
* Work with WW sales team and customers to understand market trend and customer requirements
* Develop competitive product roadmap and proposals for all investment areas of the product line. Work closely with marketing team to assess business opportunities to prioritize investments to maximize growth.
* Define key technology vectors and work with technology groups to drive development to support product innovation to gain market leadership
* Develop comprehensive content to support product promotion and customer design in, including technical articles, app notes, software, training materials and reference designs.
* Drive the culture of continuous innovation and improvement
* Drive the team to meet challenging, customer driven deadlines
* Developing and leading a top talent team
* Thoughtful development plan for a mix of experience level team members

Minimum requirements

* 10+ years in semiconductor industry with customer facing experience
* Master's in Electrical Engineering or related field of study
* Experience in product definitions from concept to productization and support customer ramps
* Experience in managing customer technical support
* Experience in managing complex portfolio strategy and roadmap. Ability to understand market trend, customer needs and develop an investment strategy and plan to take share.

Preferred qualifications:

* Experience with high speed clocking and RF systems and circuits. Experience in relevant market segment, i.e. Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defense, Test and Measurement and Medical etc.
* Ability to gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders to move ideas to product to customer ramp.
* Effective communication skills to interact with all stakeholders, including SVP/VP level management
* Experience in managing diverse team and successful mentorship of team members.
* Leading team through change with continuous improvement mindset
