Responsibilities

Mark R. Weiner & Associates, insurance defense firm for State Farm Insurance Companies, is looking for a trial attorney with 15+ years' personal injury experience who has completed at least 7 jury trials to conclusion or a trial attorney with 7+ years' personal injury experience who has completed at least 5 jury trials to conclusion. For both positions, leadership potential and insurance defense background is a plus. We are based in Glendale, but cover all courts in Los Angeles, Kern, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.

Qualifications

We Are Looking for Candidates With

* Must have a law degree from an A.B.A. accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
* Must have an active law license to practice in California and a member in good standing with the State Bar of California
* Must be able to handle an inventory of approximately 40-45 files
* For senior position must be able to handle high exposure cases
* Strong automation/technological skills
