Who You Are

* Bachelors Degree in Business, Communication, or related field is strongly preferred
* 1-3 years of experience implementing, facilitating, and managing training programs
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are required
* Must have excellent relationship building skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with and influence various levels of employees
* Must be detail-oriented with proven project and time management skills
* Proven team player with the ability to deliver results
* Ability to accurately and completely communicate the value of a Mac Tools Franchise
* Knowledge of a mobile distribution business model and/or experience in route sales preferred
* Strong background in the design, creation and presentation of training courses and the ability to successfully engage an audience using a variety of training methods.
* Strong facilitation, teaching and development skills
* Proven skills to collaborate within and across departments to coordinate training and development activities and resolve problems
* Interpersonal skills to coordinate closely with other team members to ensure a successful franchise start
* Self-motivated individual with proven ability to effectively manage, lead and motivate employees
* Clear ability to communicate with passion, enthusiasm and integrity
* Strong project management and customer service skills to manage and lead multiple projects at one time
* Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility, anticipates and effectively handles change
* Critical thinking and problem-solving ability to provide quick solutions
* Excellent communication and consensus building, a cutting-edge aptitude as a facilitator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong writing, proofing, and editing skills with a drive for accuracy and details
* Willingness to travel up to 25%
What Youll Do
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing, implementing, & presenting sales training material for Mac Tools franchisees & sales team. This role will also identify training needs and ensure new franchisees receive the proper resources to successfully operate a healthy business. Specifically, youll:
* Develop & implement digital curriculum for Mac Tools franchisees and sales team
* Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, and integrating field sales resources & support
* Creates exercises, knowledge checks, and other elements designed to drive learner knowledge retention
* Provides reports on learner engagement and participation, assessment results, and other feedback to Sales Leaders
* Ensures content accuracy and alignment with current processes, procedures, systems, and products
* Provides on-going training & development in the field as necessary
* Perform other duties as assigned
