(1) 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm
(2) 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am
Duties include setting up, operating and adjusting assembly machines for a variety of sizes of rivets or similar products. Diagnose and remedy any operating difficulties and be responsible for proper assembly. Duties also include operating and adjusting secondary equipment, such as multi-grip roll units, sorters and separators. Responsible for quality and related aspects of the parts assembled. Ensure that proper parts are being assembled. Fill hoppers with component parts. Follow verbal and written instructions, insuring proper operating methods to include movement of material and product. Keep necessary production and quality records. Perform safe work practices. Keep work area clean and orderly. May perform other work related to the job. Must be able to work overtime if needed.
