Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Partnership Management Coordinator to join the Global Strategy and Marketing Organization. This position reports to the head of the Partner Program Office and insures our S&T and OEM partners receive:

1. Partner Program Operational Support
1. Agreement and Amendment management
2. Software Delivery
3. Annual Partner renewal management
4. Process development and execution
5. Other partner related operation duties that may be assigned
6.

2. Partner Program Communications
1. Work collaboratively with personnel at various levels of the organization regarding partner agreements and license delivery
2. Work collaboratively with personnel at various levels of the partner regarding partner agreements and license delivery
3.

3. Partner Program Financials
1. Membership fees
2. Inbound royalty
3. Outbound royalty
4.

4. Partner Program Data and Contracts Management systems
1. SalesForce.com
2. SAP
3. EZ-SUITE
4. EES
5. Other products and tools that maybe put into service

Prerequisites and Essential Functions

Familiarity with various corporate systems including: SFDC, SAP, SMART Report, EES, SharePoint (PLConnect), EZ-Suite, Vistex, Business Performance Dashboard

Strong attention to detail

Familiarity with business agreements and contracts

Ability to work with multiple management levels throughout the company.

Must have excellent communication (verbal and written), analytical and organizational skills.

Must be proficient with PCs, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with SharePoint workflows is a plus.

Education and Experience Requirement: Bachelors degree in required. Minimum of 3 years of related business experience.
