The Opportunity

The Director Product Management aligns and leads the creation, improvement and growth of world-class product experiences for enterprise-wide Operations and Supply Chain programs for Qurate Retail Group. The Director will define and execute the product vision and strategy across multiple platforms, channels, and markets, taking service to the next level for our global fulfillment network and customer contact function. This entails building and developing a strong team of product managers and creating a culture of mentorship and growth. The Director Product Management is responsible for driving modern forms of product discovery, roadmap planning, and software delivery to provide the best products and user experiences that continuously drive value.

Your Impact

* Define and execute a vision and strategy for QRG Operations including our global fulfillment network and customer contact function, driving the portfolio roadmap and providing clear priorities

* Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management team

* Partner with leaders in Operations and Technology to prioritize portfolio based on business needs and customer impact

* Relentlessly focus on improving processes applying lean product development, system thinking, and agile methodology

* Drive network and process optimization programs

What You Bring

* Typical candidates will possess 10+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, performance driven consumer business

* Bachelors degree in a suitable area such as Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline, with a Masters Degree or MBA preferred

* Deep expertise in fulfillment center operation and Supply Chain

* Experience delivering scalable solutions in an agile environment

* Experience in scaling an organization through rapid periods of growth in a dynamic business environment
